web site, produced and donated by Old Colcestrian Michael E. Lloyd (CRGS
1962-1969), is
dedicated to my wonderful old English master Major George Young, who in
May 2002, at
the age of 91, was declared to be the oldest active amateur actor still
performing in Britain.
George
helped me to a real appreciation of Shakespeare and all that followed in
world literature.
