Colchester History Fayre 2003

Exhibitors and Stallholders

Since 1989 the Trust has erected several large marquees to accommodate those who wish to be part of these successful events, including History Societies, Museum Displays, and
Traders selling modern goods or who have no authentic stall.

With over 10,000 attending the fayres, stallholders are given
a fine opportunity to promote and sell their wares.

Stallholders need to be approved before the Trust offers a place.
We accept a wide range of traders, but do not want too many
of the same type. Modern commercial operations, however
(such as Breakdown Services, Double Glazing etc) are
discouraged as not adding to the atmosphere of the event.

We mail previous stallholders, but will consider new applicants.
If you are interested, please print off the Booking Form
and send it in ASAP.

The prices quoted are for the whole weekend.
There will be no discount for a single day.
Cheques will be returned immediately if we feel that
the stall is not suitable or your product is over-represented.

Pitches inside can be supplied with electricity if required.
Outside stalls will not be allowed to use generators.
Traders will not be allowed to trade from vehicles, save for
trailers which meet our approval. All towing vehicles
will have to be removed from the trading field .

All stallholders must be covered by 2 million pounds
of public liability insurance.

We hope to see you there.
