We can today confirm
that we have at last been able to find a local oyster company which can
supply a stall for the Oyster Fayre.
The Maldon Oyster and Sea
Food Company may not be selling native Colchester Oysters, owing to their
being out of season, but will be providing a good alternative, along with
other North Sea delights!
